Midwest has developed, and continues to improve upon, an exceptional safety program and culture enabling us to achieve our goals.

Midwest Concrete & Excavating, LLC. regularly inspects projects and directs and maintains our safety program at all levels. All of The Company Superintendents are trained in OSHA safety as well.

1. Safety begins with owner and management involvement since an effective and organized Safety Program rests in the hands of the workers being properly trained.
2. A Safety Program involves:
   1. Safety Orientation for all new employees using video training aids in both English and Spanish
   2. Job start-up and weekly tool box Safety Meetings
   3. Accident prevention through training and analysis
   4. Continuing Education and training for field supervisors and works

4. A Safety Inspection and Reporting System that holds employees accountable.
